Our Story.
Site Surveying Services was founded in 1997 and has grown consistently alongside the construction and infrastructure sectors we serve. From our head office at Shawbridge Sawmill in Clitheroe, we operate nationally with additional offices in Matlock, Newcastle and Bristol — giving us genuine regional presence across the North West, North East, Midlands and South West without losing the personal service that has kept our clients coming back for nearly three decades.
We have invested continuously in technology and people. Our team uses the latest Leica instrumentation, CAA-approved drone platforms, ground-penetrating radar, electromagnetic location equipment and Matterport Pro 3 for virtual tour capture. But the technology is only as good as the surveyors behind it — and our surveyors are experienced, accredited and directly employed.
